Recipe #1: Chlorophyll Cocktail
For this recipe you will need ½ cup of water, 7 almonds, 4 teaspoons of sunflower seeds, 4 pitted dates, and 1 pound of spinach. The instructions for this recipe are incredibly easy; all you need to do is soak the nuts and the dates in water overnight, and then get the juicer ready, and then you run the mixture through the machine, alternating it with approximately 1 pound of leafy greens, such as spinach, comfrey, or other, and then add a slight amount of water to the discarded pulp and then rerun the machine in order to completely extract everything that you can.
Recipe #2: Celery and Lemon Cocktail Delight
This is another incredibly simple recipe; all you need for this one is 2 peeled lemons, 1 handful of tender celery leaves, ½ cup of raw sugar, and then all you need to do is juice the celery leaves, then the lemons, and then stir in the sugar, and add water to make 1 quart. Then serve this with ice cubes.
Recipe #3: Banana Ice Cream
This recipe is just a bit more complex, but just as delicious. The ingredients are: 4 ripe bananas, 1 ½ cups of milk, ¼ cup of raw sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla; then all you need to do is homogenize the bananas and mix with the other ingredients, or if you wish, you can mix the ingredients in a food processor.
Liquefy the first two ingredients without turning off the food processor, and then add the other ingredients - if you wish to use the second offered method.
This mixture will typically make about 3-4 cups of liquid, depending on the size of the bananas, and you can always add more milk if it is necessary in order to make a full quart of liquid.
